Do I have to screen anyone?
You interview the shortlist they send. That is what you are paying somebody else for. The filtering happened before you saw anybody. You are not reading a hundred applications again.
Full time, or part time?
Full time is the usual placement. That is what the monthly price is built around. Smaller roles are placed part time, at a lower monthly rate.
Where are the people, and do they work my hours?
Ataraxis is United States based and United States led. The people they place work your hours. Most come from the Philippines, Latin America and South Africa. They also hold customers in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and France.
